Remodeling Carpenter

Innovex Renovations is Asheville's premier luxury remodeling company. We operate primarily in downtown Asheville, focusing on high-end, fine finish, live-in remodels. We are seeking to hire an experienced and dependable carpenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in occupied homes, and can deliver high-quality results with attention to detail. They would have at least 5 years of proven experience and would have strong skills in math, basic geometry, tape reading, and on-the-fly calculations. They would be proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately.

Our team values a commitment to top-notch quality, as evident in meticulous planning and execution of tasks. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage any technical assistants working under them.

Tasks will vary across project phases, starting from demolition, to framing, and encompassing finished work in framing, drywall, tile work, and final trim out. This position offers the opportunity for career growth, allowing individuals to refine existing skills and acquire new ones.
