We are currently seeking an experienced Seasoned Commercial HVAC Installer to join our fast‑growing R&W Team. The ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.

• Independently install equipment and duct work
• Complete paperwork daily and record materials used on each job accurately
• Coordinate with general contractors in other trades on installing equipment and duct work
• Lay out roof curbs
• Fabricate duct fittings and lay out jobs without supervision
• Read blueprints and layout duct
• Create a material list from blueprints
• Perform all jobs with safety first in mind

• Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through First Call Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry
• Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the First Call our customers make for their HVAC needs

This position reports to the local Install Manager and is responsible for engaging with the install team and all of our customers.

• 3‑6+ years of experience in install mechanic
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10 required
• Available to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interpret state mechanical codes
• Ability to frequently lift 75 pounds and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to work in awkward places and from ladders or scaffolding as required by projects

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal numbers. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
