Maintenance technician

Position: maintenance technician.
Spherion - Up to $28.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance (PM):
Conduct scheduled inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and other routine tasks on equipment (e.g., forklifts, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems) to extend asset lifespan and prevent unexpected failures.;
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Quickly diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic malfunctions in equipment and execute necessary repairs, including replacing defective parts and calibrating systems.;
Facility Upkeep:
Perform general maintenance tasks like minor carpentry, painting, patching, and maintaining the building's interior and exterior structures.;
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, maintain clear records of all maintenance work, and ensure equipment meets all required safety and regulatory standards.;
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance activities.
