Jabil - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on automated equipment including robots, PLCs, vision systems, and mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic components;
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on automated assembly lines and injection molding machines;
Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments of machine parts, sensors, actuators, and control systems;
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic diagrams to troubleshoot and repair;
Calibrate and adjust sensors, robots, and other automated devices to maintain optimal performance and product quality
