Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements
- Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components
- Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades
- Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of strong residential HVAC installation and change-out experience
- Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
- Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems
- Brazing Certifications
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
