You know what a quality residential HVAC installation looks like. You know when a startup isn't right, when a crew is falling behind, and when a small problem on a job is about to turn into a callback.

We're looking for someone who can use that experience across an entire residential installation operation.

As our Residential HVAC Field Operations Lead, you'll work between the field and the office to keep installation projects moving. You'll be someone crews can turn to when problems arise, while also making sure unfinished jobs, customer concerns, inspections, and quality issues don't fall through the cracks.

This isn't an office-only management position. We need someone comfortable getting into the field, looking at the equipment, talking with installers, troubleshooting problems, and determining what needs to happen next.

One installation crew calls because they're having trouble getting a new system operating correctly. You help troubleshoot the problem or meet them onsite.

Another project needs a return visit because additional materials or work are required. You determine what's needed and help coordinate the next step.

While reviewing photos from a completed installation, you spot a workmanship issue that should be corrected before it becomes a callback.

A homeowner is waiting for an update on unfinished work. You make sure they understand what's happening and when someone will return.

Meanwhile, you're keeping an eye on other active installations so today's small problems don't become tomorrow's emergencies.

That's the type of ownership we're looking for.

Your primary responsibility is helping our residential installation crews complete jobs correctly, efficiently, and professionally.

• Keep multiple residential installation projects progressing toward completion
• Troubleshoot equipment, installation, and startup problems
• Provide technical direction and field support to installers
• Step into complicated or troubled jobs when additional experience is needed
• Take ownership of incomplete installations and develop a plan for completion
• Coordinate return visits, corrections, and outstanding installation work
• Review job photos and documentation for quality and completeness
• Identify workmanship concerns before they become callbacks
• Help reduce failed inspections, red tags, and unnecessary return trips
• Coach installers when recurring installation or quality problems are identified
• Follow up with customers regarding delays, corrections, and unfinished work
• Coordinate support personnel handling quality checks, IAQ projects, field assistance, customer visits, and additional changeouts
• Coordinate HVAC-related electrical work, including panel upgrades, generators, and repair needs
• Reinforce expectations for workmanship, productivity, communication, and professionalism
• Escalate significant personnel, safety, licensing, financial, or customer issues to appropriate leadership

You'll also participate in weekly production meetings so leadership has a clear understanding of unfinished installations, customer commitments, field problems, and jobs requiring additional attention.

We're less interested in someone who has only managed construction projects from behind a desk.

We want someone who understands residential HVAC because you've installed and worked on the equipment yourself.
