Join Amcor as an Maintenance Technician and support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited to: construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling, automation and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
ScheduleShift: NIGHTS Monday – Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

- Pay: $27.99+/hour (based on experience) + $1.00/hour night shift premium
- Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Possibility Unpacked What You’ll Do
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems
- Install, modify, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency
Lead the Pack
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
