Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies, particularly in .NET C#. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding the team in implementing robust applications while ensuring adherence to industry standards and performance optimization.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
• Architect and develop scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Utilize Entity Framework for data access and management, ensuring efficient database interactions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, focusing on performance tuning and optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in AI and .NET development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Expertise in .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with .NET Unit Testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API development and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
