Part-time Parking Garage Operations

Part-time Operations in our parking garage in Asheville - 3rd shift!

• Dispose of trash from garage and picking up trash
• Repair and maintain parking equipment
• Operator the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer
• Keep all levels of the parking garage clean and debris free
• Changing light bulbs
• Painting
• Leaf blowing and possibly landscaping
• Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal)
• Perform emergency duties as required
• You must be able to work in inclement weather
• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor
• Must be able to perform occasional or continuous heavy manual labor and work all day at laborious and strenuous tasks under adverse weather conditions
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Mechanical capabilities and ability to acquire skill in the use of required tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to understand, follow, transmit, and carry out assigned tasks on the basis of written and oral instructions
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public
• Must be thoroughly safety conscious, taking precautionary measures when performing duties
• Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms; consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly attitude
• Must be dependable and must have clean background and motor vehicle record. You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own reliable transportation to go between the garages in Asheville. The company will reimburse you $.59/mile on a monthly basis

Part-time

• Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am
• Night shift

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Maintenance/janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)

• Driver's license (Required)
