Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor - Overnight Shift is responsible for leading overnight warehouse and inventory-control operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility is managing the company’s ABC cycle-count program through the Epicor Cycle Count module, including count assignment, execution, variance investigation, recounts, corrective actions, and inventory-accuracy reporting. This position directly supervises a team of three employees and provides oversight of receiving, kitting, storage, material movement, inventory control, and shipping support.
The supervisor ensures operations comply with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, OSHA, customer requirements, and company policies.
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

- Manage the ABC cycle-count program using the Epicor Cycle Count module.
- Generate, review, assign, and monitor daily counts based on established ABC classifications and count frequencies.
- Ensure scheduled counts, blind recounts, and variance investigations are completed accurately and on time.
- Investigate discrepancies by reviewing receipts, material issues, transfers, job transactions, location movements, returns, adjustments, and other Epicor activity.
- Identify and document root causes, coordinate authorized inventory adjustments, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor cycle-count completion, inventory accuracy, variance value, recount frequency, and unresolved discrepancies.
- Lead cycle-count activities and support year-end physical inventories and internal or external audits.
- Oversee graveyard-shift warehouse activities, including receiving, kitting, storage, material movement, inventory control, and shipping support.
- Ensure materials and finished goods are accurately received, stored, handled, transacted, and distributed.
- Verify that warehouse transactions are completed accurately and promptly in Epicor or other applicable ERP systems.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate material movement to support production schedules.
- Maintain proper control and segregation of raw material, work-in-process, finished goods, customer-owned material, and non-conforming material.
- Communicate completed work, shortages, discrepancies, and unresolved issues through an accurate end-of-shift handoff.
- Lead, supervise, schedule, and provide daily work direction to a team of three warehouse employees.
- Assign work based on cycle-count requirements, production priorities, and operational needs.
- Train employees on Epicor transactions, cycle-count procedures, material handling, inventory control, safety requirements, and standard work.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, work quality, and compliance with established procedures.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, cross-training, and employee‑development support.
- Hold employees accountable for inventory accuracy, transaction discipline, safety, housekeeping, and completion of assigned work.
- Support hiring and onboarding activities as required.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, customer, quality-system, and internal procedural requirements.
- Maintain material traceability throughout receiving, storage, issuance, movement, and shipping.
