Picking & Packing Services

• Work Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card holders only
• Location: On-site
• Candidates must reside within 20 miles of the assigned site

Available Locations:

• Shelby: 705 E Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28152
• Kings Mountain: 1011 Shelby Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086
• Receive orders through the system and pick items from shelves.
• Pack and weigh delivery packages and record package weight.
• Request aircraft/drone pickup when packages are ready.
• Transport packages to the aircraft pickup location and load the aircraft.
• Perform daily inventory checks and audits.
• Report failed orders and escalate onsite/loading issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a small team.
• Manage the daily operations of the Tier 2 Pick-Pack team.
• Handle team escalations and ensure onsite processes are followed.
• Support partner success and maintain strong communication with onsite partners.
• Perform order fulfillment, package loading, and inventory management.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
• Communicate urgent issues to the designated Wipro site manager and customer team.
• Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members.
