We're looking for a reliable and guest-focused Night Porter to support the smooth overnight running of a hotel in Ashford. This varied role is ideal if you enjoy working in a busy hospitality environment, helping guests and keeping operations running smoothly throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Porter, you'll help ensure guests receive a friendly and efficient service while maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Setting up and clearing conference rooms, weddings and other events
Preparing and serving room service orders
Assisting with bar service and serving drinks
Handling guest queries and complaints professionally
Cleaning conference rooms and public areas
Completing night-time fire and safety checks
Answering telephone calls, managing reservations and supporting other front office duties
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who can deliver excellent guest service and work confidently during night shifts.
Previous hotel night porter experience is essential
You should be available to start an assignment immediately, ideally free from 21st to 26th October
Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable but not essential
A friendly, professional and guest-focused approach
Good communication skills and confidence handling guest queries
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
A flexible attitude and willingness to support different hotel departments
