Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Ashington area to join a well-established building contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!
In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
·£28,851 then up to £31,000 when doing callouts

· Company van & fuel card

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be expected to complete:

· Aspects of carpentry

· Aspects of plumbing

· Patch plastering

· Tiling

· Domestic and commercial properties
I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

· Has a full UK driving licence

· Has relevant industry experience

· Has relevant experience within social housing

· Has CSCS card

· Good knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
