Performs advanced engineering tasks under limited supervision. Help to mentor the engineering design team in development projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through completion. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing a safe and reliable electrical infrastructure for the Ashland City campus of our client. Learn the strengths and weakness to lead substation PM programs, equipment relocation, new equipment installations and plant growth.

Maintain and transfer of documentation to the contractor maintaining the Single Line Drawing. Lead and manage the PM systems to meet all client standards. Lead safe electrical compliance training to meet OHSA/NFPA-72E standards. Coordinate and communicate tasks to workers for the timely completion of. Understand and monitor electrical loads at each substation and large distribution panels. Support the Project Engineering team by sharing connect electrical power for equipment moves and new installations.

Point out system weak links and provide plans and quotes to resolve. Monitor our system using our Power Monitoring system, possible energy saving options, concerns trends in to investigate. Investigate and present opportunities to reduce carbon footprint of the campus. Provide engineering support for unplanned electrical issues.

6 sigma or FMEA experience a plus Excellent analytical and organizational skills; solves complex problems. Experience leading Kaizen related or Continuous Improvement Activity Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly through root cause analysis. Strong communications via written and oral Knowledge of SAP and MRP systems is beneficial. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Uses team management skills to lead the design group during the conceptual phase of product development. Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Must have minimum of 3 years' experience.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
