Materials Supervisor II

• Responsible for the materials management function relating to the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives
• Directing and administering production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials stores
• Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries
• Supervises year-end physical inventory and maintains perpetual inventory system
• Coordinates with purchasing department for scheduling deliveries according to operational requirements

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills via written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  Word, Excel, Access, etc.
• MBA is desirable

Demonstrates expertise in materials management, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and distribution to achieve operational efficiency. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating with various departments and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
