Production Assembler's

In this role, you assemble mechanical components, operate production equipment, and support paint system operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You follow detailed work instructions, use a variety of hand and power tools, and uphold strict safety and quality standards while contributing to efficient production output.

• Assemble components accurately according to written work instructions and production specifications.
• Load and unload tanks from paint systems in a safe and efficient manner.
• Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring proper configuration and safe operation.
• Use manual and automated hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and production tasks.
• Perform mechanical assembly work, including measuring, fitting, and securing parts.
• Operate machines and equipment on the assembly line as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and work standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe operations.
• Handle materials and products, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50–75 lbs with or without assistance.
• Work effectively on 2nd shift, supporting continuous production needs.
• Adhere to instructions from supervisors and team leads, demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks.

• Ability to assemble components following detailed work instructions.
• Experience with general labor, general production, and assembly line work.
• Skill in operating hand tools (manual and automated) and power tools safely.
• Basic mechanical assembly skills, including use of tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Ability to set up and operate production and machine operation equipment.
• Capability to load and unload tanks from paint systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods with frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to work 2nd shift with start times in the late afternoon or evening and end times up to 1:30 AM.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including non-climate-controlled areas.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashland City, TN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Ashland City, TN.
