The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashland City, TN. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and stage materials and parts for production and ensure items are stored safely and accurately. Day-to-day tasks also include operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following established procedures to meet production schedules. The role works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.

• Demonstrated skills in Shipping & Receiving, including checking orders, verifying documentation, and handling materials accurately.
• Experience with Packing and Unloading, with attention to product protection, efficiency, and safe handling practices
• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory practices, including labeling, storage, and stock rotation.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfort working in a team setting and communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
