Job Schedule

6‑week self‑scheduling. 3‑12 hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Rotating weekends mandatory. Position located in Ashland City, TN.

Sign‑on bonus: $10 k. Excellent benefits and shift differential rates.

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within treatment programs, including ongoing assessment, evaluation, and updates of patient care.
• Administer medications appropriately and document all data accurately according to facility policy.
• Participate in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implement plans per facility policy.
• Perform proper hand‑washing & cleaning techniques, ensuring patient and staff safety.
• Complete debriefings as indicated.
• Serve as a role model to staff and students in dress and demeanor.

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing program and licensed (or license eligible) in the state of Tennessee.
• Preferred experience with children/adolescents.
• Preferred experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must attend the two‑week orientation classes, Monday through Friday.
• Successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification required.
