Customer Relations Specialist – Retail Customer Service Office Duties

Big Sandy Superstore, recently named one of America’s fastest growing home furnishings retailers, is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist. You will help customers with warranty issues, product concerns, and order processing to ensure a positive experience.

• Verify all order information for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Complete documentation efficiently while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide customer service support via phone, counter inquiries, payment processing, and complaint resolution.
• Process credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with internal and external personnel.
• Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
• Perform as‑needed clerical support for store staff.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
• Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and outstanding customer service skills.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.

• Full‑Time / Regular.
