- Licensed landscape architect contributing to all project phases from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Prepares detailed drawings, plans and models of landscape architecture and site features of site-civil elements, drawings and topographical relief maps of project features (e.g., roadways, trails, site plans).
- May lead small projects or tasks on a larger project and serve as part of a multidisciplinary team on medium to large-scale projects.
- Typically possess 5+ years of experience and working knowledge of appropriate plant palettes, grading and drainage techniques, site-civil layout, ADA-accessibility standards, etc.
- Writes reports and specifications covering landscape, site-civil, and land planning matters.
- May be assisted by other Landscape Designers, Land Planners, Landscape Architects and technicians.
- Responsible for projects, phases and tasks of revenue producing projects.
- Bachelor s Degree
