Educational RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent
Duties/Responsibilities- Deliver support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recover Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit.
- Observe consumers to monitor safety, assist in proper medication self-administration.
- Handle telephone contacts for CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services, including documentation of crisis calls (in Ashland Location).
- Ensure and check proper admit and discharge paperwork of consumers.
- Monitor vitals, bed checks, etc.
- Assist in resolving immediate crisis situations or escalations in consumer needs.
- Complete 40 or more-hour crisis/ASAM training.
- Transport clients at times for needed services.
- Organizational skills.
- Knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referral in crisis settings.
This is a part time position.
