Crisis or Residential Recovery Unit Associate

High School diploma or equivalent

• Deliver support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recover Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit.
• Observe consumers to monitor safety, assist in proper medication self-administration.
• Handle telephone contacts for CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services, including documentation of crisis calls (in Ashland Location).
• Ensure and check proper admit and discharge paperwork of consumers.
• Monitor vitals, bed checks, etc.
• Assist in resolving immediate crisis situations or escalations in consumer needs.
• Complete 40 or more-hour crisis/ASAM training.
• Transport clients at times for needed services.

• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referral in crisis settings.

This is a part time position.
