High School diploma or equivalent

• This position delivers support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recover Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit.
• Observes the consumer to monitor safety, assist in proper medication self‑administration, handle telephone contacts for the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services including documentation of crisis calls (in Ashland Location); ensure and check proper admit and discharge paperwork of consumers.
• Responsible for monitoring vitals, bed checks, etc.
• Assists in resolving immediate crisis situations or escalations in consumer needs.
• Completes 40 or more hour crisis/ASAM training.
• Transport clients at times for needed services.

• Organizational skills, as well as knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referral in crisis settings.
