Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants;
Leads assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and trainings;
Replaces, reassigns, or cancels staffing assignments as needed;
Coordinates and completes participant and staff accident/injury/incident report investigation forms for incidents that occur during shift;
Assumes immediate leadership role in implementing personal intervention, active treatment, and crisis prevention as needs arise during shift/while on community outings
