Transportation Services Driver

$11.00 - 11.25 per hr

Shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older, have a high school diploma, a general equivalency diploma (GED), or qualifying documentation from a comparable educational entity.

The Transportation Driver will provide dependable transportation for consumers to (and from, if requested) appointments (including Medicaid payable appointments), while accurately and thoroughly submitting appropriate documentation each trip. TSD’s will also ensure proper upkeep of the vehicles they utilize by scheduling for routine maintenance and notifying supervisor immediately upon discovering mechanical issues / concerns. Will support activities associated with positive skill building such as emotional regulation skills, crisis coping skills / developing and enhancing interpersonal skills and assist clients in accessing and utilizing community resources.

The Transportation Driver will have one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder. Shall successfully complete within six (6) months of hire the department approved training program. Meets the personnel and training requirements for CCBHC & Medicaid transportation (per brokers’ contracts with Pathways).

This is a part time position
