Business Support Specialist

Millennium Systems International (MSI) is a software company dedicated to the beauty and wellness industry, offering advanced management solutions. The Business Support Specialist role is a remote, full‑time, hourly position that requires customer interaction across phone, email and live chat.

• Handle client inquiries, gather information, and identify issues through questioning.
• Resolve product and training related questions using troubleshooting skills.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes.
• Build technical knowledge of Meevo’s products, integrations and business scenarios.

• Passion for technology and helping people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build quick rapport and manage conversations.
• Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments.
• Logical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Beauty industry knowledge is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• 0–5 years of customer‑service related experience.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with Salesforce.
