Responsibilities- Assist with day‑to‑day operations, providing transportation to treatment for male clients.
- Safely and timely transport clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to designated destinations.
- Ensure routes begin with proper equipment: route logs, cell phone, keys, etc.
- Follow scheduled routes while allowing for potential stops and pickups.
- Maintain personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
- Operate within legal bounds and best‑practice safety procedures.
- Execute all required documentation and keep route information current.
- Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and training schedules.
- Care for and maintain company equipment (scanners, telephones, vehicles, etc.) and report deficiencies to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to travel to ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large portion of the work day.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work remotely.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to complete and submit reports.
- Strong teamwork and productivity orientation.
- Substance abuse experience preferred.
- Appropriate State and Federal clearances.
- Clean driving record.
