• Provide total patient care in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
• Assess patients, conduct screenings, and document using standard scales.
• Prioritize and document patient problems in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Document changes in patient condition and effectiveness of care.
• Utilize organization-wide safe medication practices, including the 5 rights of medication administration, barcode scanning, and other unit-specific safety processes.
• Know actions, usual dosage, indications, and side effects of medications administered.
• Commit to customer service excellence and professional conduct.
• Maintain a neat appearance, politeness, and reliable etiquette with patients and colleagues.
• Participate in organization-wide events and support a positive culture.
• Ensure accurate, timely work product and identify process improvement opportunities.
