Care Med Health Solutions is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and preventive care to residents in long-term care facilities in Kentucky. You will respond to acute changes, participate in care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted Kentucky NP license, board certification, DEA licensure, and experience with EMR systems and geriatric populations. Long-term care experience is preferred; psych experience is a plus.
