Corner Stone Medical in Ashland, KY seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week home health contract. KY LPN license or Compact licensure, and HCHB experience are REQUIRED. Shift 8:00 am–5:00 pm; 40 hours weekly; $35/hr.
Provide care per plan, monitor vitals, administer medications and ostomy care, and assist with PT/OT/Speech as needed. Maintain infection control, document actions, order supplies, and report incidents.
