🧰 Parts Counter Associate – Customer Service & Inventory

Location: Ashland, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $14/hr (Weekly Pay!)
Schedule: 40hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm)

Fuel customer satisfaction and keep adventures rolling! Join Manpower as a Parts Counter Associate and become the friendly face helping customers find the right parts to keep their RVs road-ready. Your expertise ensures smooth travels and happy customers.

• Customer service: Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email with parts inquiries, quotes, and order updates.

• Sales & order fulfillment: Process transactions, take special orders, and accurately pull/prepare parts for customers and technicians.

• Inventory management: Receive, unpack, and verify incoming parts; maintain a clean, organized stockroom; assist with inventory counts.

• Parts research: Use catalogs and supplier resources to identify and locate technical parts.

• Administrative tasks: Enter data into company software, process payments, and manage records.

• Communication: Coordinate with service advisors and technicians; notify customers when special orders arrive.

Must-Have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools)

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Technical knowledge for identifying parts

Preferred:

• Experience in parts sales (automotive, repair shops, parts stores, or warehouses)

• Familiarity with inventory/order management software

• Interest in RVs, camping, or outdoor recreation
