United Talent Staffing is currently hiring General Store Associates to work at Rock the Country in Ashland, Kentucky from Thursday, July 9th through Saturday, July 11th. This is a fun opportunity to work in a high-energy concert environment while gaining valuable event and hospitality experience.

Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips

Schedule:

07/09: 5:00pm-8:00pm, 7/10 & 7/11: 9:00am-5:00pm

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations as needed
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
• Stock and restock shelves, ensuring items are neatly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the general store area
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to provide a seamless guest experience
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and general store support as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

• Previous food service, retail, event, or hospitality experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be dependable and available to work assigned event shifts
