Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 3333)
Game Stop - 1109 Winschester Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests, answer questions, and promote promotions;
Assist Store Manager with training and onboarding of store associates and ensuring compliance training;
Schedule staff and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to scheduling guidelines;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and monitor performance;
Oversee store operations including POS transactions, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
