Lead Commercial Installer

Full Time

Lead commercial HVAC installations across the Tri-State, setting equipment, running ductwork, and bringing new systems online. A strong fit for a licensed installer who takes pride in clean, quality work and wants to run jobs for a company that has been trusted for decades.

• Install commercial HVAC systems, including setting equipment and running ductwork.
• Handle maintenance calls, assist on repairs, deliver parts to active job sites, and refurbish equipment in-house.
• Collaborate with service, installation, and shop teams for a broad exposure to all aspects of the HVAC trade.
• Assist in training new technicians and provide mentorship to team members.

• Journeyman HVAC license required.
• Experience with commercial installations, ductwork, and equipment placement.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn; no experience is required for entry-level candidates willing to earn certifications.
