Temporary Rapid Rehousing Case Manager

Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare staffing and recruiting. We are currently hiring a Temporary Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to work full-time with clients who are experiencing homelessness in Ashland, KY. This is a TEMPORARY position expected to last until December 2026.

• Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required
• Experience working with homeless population
• Case management experience
• Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required
• Bachelor's degree in social service related field is preferred

• $20/hour

• Maintain caseload of up to 35 participants.
• Work in collaboration with the housing navigators to locate referrals and determine eligibility.
• Conduct assessment to determine the participants housing barriers, needs, and preferences to develop an action plan to secure housing.
• Meets with participants at least once monthly in the home to review their budget, bill payment, review case, and review issues that might impact housing and income.
• Assist participants to utilize community resources to meet their individual needs to remain stably housed.
