Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.

• Main lobby operations – check‑ins, check‑outs, guest visits, tours, and answering general questions
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness

• File maintenance
• Data entry

• Possess a love of animals
• Displays a professional manner at all times
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
• Lift/carry 40 pounds or more
• Able to stand/walk for eight hours a day
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to work on a computer system
• Able to handle dogs on leashes and work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions

• Welcomes both human and pet guests
• Can correctly identify animal body language/behavior
• Follows safe handling procedures
• Checking in and out of pet guests while providing excellent customer service
• Escorts pets to and from their rooms
• Takes reservations over the phone
• Can work both individually and as a team player while performing duties
• Contributes in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
• Communicates with management and other team members

High School Graduate or Equivalent. At least 1 year of professional animal experience.

In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and other business‑related factors. This position may also be eligible for commissions, bonuses, incentives, and additional benefits where applicable.
