EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR (ESY) PROGRAM (ALL LEVELS)
Educational Support Professionals
Ashland Public Schools is seeking dynamic, Educational Support Professionals with previous experience to support our special education summer program.
Dates/Times: 5 weeks:
July 7, 2026 through August 6, 2026
For Educational Support Professionals hired for the summer camp, Monday, July 6, 2026 will be a required preparation day with the ability to set up classroom space and participate in a mandatory summer training. This will be a paid 4 hour day 9-1. The 3rd week of camp will run Monday through Friday (THAT WEEK ONLY)
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting a warm, inclusive classroom
* Supporting small group and individual direct instruction per students individual IEPs
* Supporting academics and classroom instruction
* Assisting with social groups/play activities
* Supporting students at recess who are attending the camp model
* Assistance during arrival and dismissal of students
(The number of positions needed is contingent upon student enrollment)
$22.00 per hour for Educational Support Professionals
