We provide personalized one-on-one care in 40-minute sessions without double-booking or using aides or assistants. Our Ashland location is the ideal location for a physical therapist interested in being a part of a diverse multidisciplinary team of orthopedics, neurologic, pelvic floor, and lymphedema physical therapists.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Platinum Physical Therapy team in a full-time role based in Ashland, MA. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing personalized treatment plans for patients, implementing physical therapy interventions, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality care in alignment with our one-on-one, patient-focused approach. The Physical Therapist will work with a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurologic rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery, while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team.
We focus on mentorship with case rounds, regular meetings between staff and leadership, and an emphasis on continuing education both through in-person and virtual coursework.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, especially with Geriatric populations in outpatient, inpatient, or home care settings
- Experience in outpatient clinical settings
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
- Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
