. As a Behavior Technician at BCI, you’ll have the exciting role of helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through a form of play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success.
Benefits & Perks- Full‑time: up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.
- Part‑time: eligibility for sick leave.
- Work with kids aged 1–22 years with autism and special needs in their homes or at one of our centers.
- Earn starting pay at $22/hr and up with experience.
- Become eligible to earn the RBT certification.
- Potential promotion within as little as three months and ample professional development opportunities.
- Minimum age 18 (on or before the first day of employment).
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule in the mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED required; a degree or major in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field is a plus.
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
- Part‑time schedule options: M‑F, M/W/F or T/Th, 3pm‑7pm or 3:30pm‑6:30pm;
Full‑time schedule: M‑F 9am‑6pm. - Experience working with children (babysitting, nanny, tutoring, teaching, coaching, camp counseling, or childcare) is a plus.
- Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Interest or background in behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, mental health, or parenting is a plus.
Physical requirements vary by client assignment. You may be asked to push, pull, or lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly as needed. You must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
