What our teams love most: a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies provided, training, appointments, and a company uniform. A company car may be available while you work so you don t have to put miles on your own vehicle. Advancement opportunities exist as we grow.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $900.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver s license and can drive a company car, you may earn even more as a Team Lead up to $23 an hour including tips and wages. Full-time: 30-40 hours per week, up to 8 hour shifts daily.

Earn paid time off up to 40 hours a year. Earn one hour of Paid Time Off for every 30 hours worked.

• Clean customers  homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the established process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; earn tips where offered.
• If you are a team lead (driving the company vehicle): manage the team s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and load the vehicle with appropriate supplies; delegate duties while ensuring work is completed; monitor and report any vehicle issues.

• Minimum requirements:
  
  Legally authorized to work in the United States
• We participate in E-Verify
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
