Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry for a nursing job in Ashland, Massachusetts.

Employment Type:

Staff Sign‑on Bonus: up to $12,500 based on eligibility.

• Provide direct clinical patient care.
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, and unit level.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Accountable to support the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
• Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform and fulfill all HICS (Hospital Incident Command System) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
• Know the Hospital’s emergency codes, the purpose and appropriate action for each, and adhere to the Hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code.
• Perform related duties as required.

Required:

• Education:
  
  Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification:
  Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy. CPR.

Preferred:

• Education:
  
  Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
