Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic Manager - $40-61 per hour

Tenet Massachusetts – Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager – Ashland, Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced RN to support the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement (DCQI) in the operations of the hospital's Quality/Performance Improvement program. The role will focus on data tracking, process improvement, and coordination of performance improvement activities across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the DCQI in the operations of the Quality/Performance Improvement program.
  • Support quality and process improvement efforts identified throughout the hospital.
  • Track, collect, and trend performance data.
  • Coordinate, assist, and advise on meetings, seminars, services, and programs related to the Quality/Performance Improvement program.
  • Coordinate hospital-wide performance improvement activities under the DCQI’s direction.
  • Integrate and manage the program to meet regulatory requirements such as the Joint Commission and state statutes, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Carry out delegated assignments and coordinate reports, correspondence, and information as required.
  • Collaborate with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality/Performance Improvement department/committee.
  • Perform related duties as needed.
Qualifications – Required
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient-care related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QA/PI).
  • Active licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or regulation in the state of practice.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • CPHQ or other healthcare quality certification.
