Starting Wage: $17-$20 per hour plus overtime opportunities and performance bonuses

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities include:- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Respond to website and internet inquiries
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
- Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our CRM system
- Coordinate with departments throughout the dealership
- Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved
- Track customer interactions and schedule future follow-up communications
- Help create positive customer experiences that reflect our values
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
