*** Base Rate $12.50/hr to $14.30/hr Based On Experience ***

The Laundry Aide in the Health Care Center supports our mission and values by maintaining clean clothing and linens for our residents.

The Laundry Aide's primary responsibilities will include:

• Loads and unloads washers and dryers.
• Sorts, folds, stack clean linen.
• Washes, dries, sorts and delivers residents personal laundry.
• Respects and shows kindness to residents.

What is required in this position?

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Knowledge of equipment and procedures for washing linens of various degrees of soil preferred
• Understanding the functions of various soaps, bleaches, softeners, and other chemicals used in washing and rinsing preferred
