Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday:
Between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Spark Joy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ashland, OH.

Your Role:- Work 1:1 with children in‑home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
- Work Environment:
This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, OH
- Part‑time: 15 hours/week
- Pay: $17–$22/hr
