Crystal Care is looking for an experienced Environmental Service Supervisor with the passion for LTC to lead the housekeeping & laundry department.

The primary purpose of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

As the Supervisor, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage laundry services and ensure proper handling of linens and uniforms.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to implement effective housekeeping procedures and schedules.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management and supervision
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation
• Background in janitorial and commercial cleaning services
• Familiarity with laundry operations and custodial practices
• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
