Control Panel Technical Support Specialist

What you will do:

As our Control Panel Technical Support Specialist,you will work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and diagnose solutions to technical issues over the phone, or via email for our electrical control panels that that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources–Water!This position works at our Ashland, OH location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be to assist customers with their technical questions, serve as a service contact for control floats, alarms, and our standard catalog control panels. You will maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generating reports as requested. You will also distribute documentation to customers as needed and collaborate with a variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills, knowledge of product offerings, and be a team player. You must be comfortable utilizing computers and software to perform job tasks and the configuration of our standard control panels. You must be able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and have experience in component testing, electrical troubleshooting and signal tracing.

Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical is beneficial.
