--0 [Maintenance Mechanic] As a Maintenance at Home Technician at Brethren Care Village, you'll:
Perform routine maintenance/repair on residential homes to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed;
Replace burned out light bulbs including overhead lights, and perform cleaning of lenses as directed;
Paint inside and outside of home;
Follow all established safety procedures and precautions at all times.
