Monitor and replenish seasoning and toppings on overhead to ensure proper seasoning coverage on product;
Plan ahead for product/seasoning changeovers to efficiently switch between products;
Keep tumblers/scales and work areas clean and comply with allergen program;
Prepare tumblers/machines for re-work of product;
Report equipment problems to maintenance and assist as needed
