Arkema - - Responsibilities:
Preform operator duties at the Ashland, Ohio facility;
Safely operate an industrial lift truck (sit down and stand up) and lift 50 pounds;
Compounding and staging of raw materials; blending of chemicals and powders; charging liquids to mixers;
Monitoring mixers during mixing and reaction; labeling and filling containers; taking samples for quality; maintaining housekeeping;
Wearing PPE including chemical suit, respirator, face shield, hard hat, steel-toed boots; completing shop floor paperwork and using computerized MRP system; participating in safety meetings and training
