Inspect finished bags to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards.;
Pack products into boxes or totes according to packaging requirements and bag specifications.;
Verify accurate box and tote counts before products move to the next stage of production.;
Cross-train to inspect and pack all bag specifications across multiple production lines and machines.;
Assist with training and mentoring new Inspector/Packer team members as assigned.
